Back in the day when Dale Schrag was Bethel College librarian, he was blessed by having his entire office moved to the second floor of the library. When the elevator opened on that floor, there was Dale’s office, all in place.

The author failed to point out that the panels of the glass cubicle that was hos office covered the buttons to call the elevator. Thus, once Dale stepped into his office and the elevator doors closed he was trapped there until someone else rode the elevator up.
